Minchao has over 10 years of experience in management consulting, specializing in data-driven strategy and innovation. He has worked with Fortune 500 clients across the full customer lifecycle — from acquisition and conversion to engagement, loyalty, and advocacy — with deep experience in commercial payments and merchant services. His core areas of focus include Marketing Optimization, Product Design, Performance Measurement, and Big Data and AI solutions.
Minchao joined the firm in 2013 after earning his Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He also holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
