Responsibilities
Analyze and study the operational and functional requirements of the clients’ businesses in the financial services industry.
Provide consultation to clients on business strategic planning, financial management, resource allocation, corporate development, and policy analysis.
Analyze clients’ database and design programming for the clients’ information technology system to track and manage the implementation of business and operation processes for the clients.
Identify business objectives of clients; transform these objectives into qualitative and quantitative analysis; execute the analysis; interpret the experiment results and provide conclusions and recommendations to clients.
Conduct financial modeling by simulating outcomes and calculating revenue, cost and profitability in order to quantify the economic impact of various scenarios for a company.
Conduct risk management analysis including credit, fraud, attrition and prepayment risks.
Interpret analysis and findings generated from clients’ data and translate findings into detailed presentations for clients.
Measuring, managing and analyzing marketing performance of clients to maximize effectiveness and to optimize return on investment (ROI).
Execute discrete analysis such as: Profiling, by considering evolution of population characteristics over time; Segmentation, by separating population into distinct groups based on underlying metric using population and/or entity characteristics; and Modeling, by building statistical/economical models to establish relationships.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Management, Management Science, or Management Science and Engineering
Must have at least six (6) months of experience in Operations Optimization and Strategic Planning.
Must have knowledge of machine learning, SQL, optimization models, sensitivity analysis, data visualization, hypothesis tests, Stochastic Modeling, Python, business analytics, corporate finance, neural networks, network analysis, simulation, text mining, operations consulting, business strategy.
